This isn't just data management—it's the purging of the old to allow for the maturation of the new. Phase War in the 30th Year | 30年目の位相戦争 — Dream Theater in Osaka, and the Melancholy of the Professional Ear —
Thirty years after my last encounter, Dream Theater returns with Portnoy as the "Keystone." From the third-floor seats of Festival Hall, I found myself caught in a "Phase War"—the professional curse of a Sound Designer unable to stop analyzing acoustic reflections. Yet, as the 23-minute circle of "A Change of Seasons" closed the night, I rediscovered the unwavering rhythm that anchors my own creative structure. 30年の時を経て再会したDream Theater。ポートノイという「柱」が帰還したフェスティバルホール。3階席で私を待ち受けていたのは、職業病ゆえに反射音を解析し続けてしまう「位相戦争」だった。しかし、30年前と同じ23分の組曲が円環を閉じた時、私は自らの構造を支えるべき「揺るぎない律動」を再確認した。
